Returns & Exchanges Policy
All returns and exchanges will be given store credit only. Store credit never expires. All items must be received back within 15 business days of delivery.
Please send an email to email@example.com to notify us of your return/exchange before sending your item back.
Shipping costs on the original purchase are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages and recommend using a trackable shipping service.
You will receive an email from us when we receive your item regarding your exchange or your issued store credit.
Items returned must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Footwear returns must include the original box / packaging in its original condition. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-refundable and will not be processed for return or exchange.
All jewelry, swim, dresses, sales, beauty and cosmetics are final sale.

To avoid tarnishing of jewelry, avoid contact with water, lotion, oils, and perfume. We do not accept returns due to tarnishing.
All purchases bought after Black Friday can be returned until January 8th exactly two weeks after Christmas. Store credit or exchange ONLY, no cash back! All jewelry, dresses, & sale items are Final Sale! Clothing must have tags attached & you must have a receipt! We will not accept Holiday returns made after 1/8!
